DELIVERY
How long does delivery normally take?
All orders placed between 9am - 5pm, Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays are typically able to be delivered to you within 7 days . Alternatively, for a small fee, you can opt for express delivery and we will have it delivered within 2 days.
Where do you deliver to?
Good Sleep only offer delivery services in Singapore.
Due to security reasons and/or non-accessible locations, all Good Sleep mattresses cannot be delivered to the following locations:

Apart from the above locations, Good Sleep's Delivery Team performs deliveries to most areas in Singapore from, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). The estimated delivery time for your order to be delivered to you depends on the traffic conditions at the time of delivery.
ORDER ISSUES
What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
In the event any Goodsleep products are received in a defective condition, customers may request for an exchange or refund via email at hello@goodsleep.sg within 3 days. We will require image proof of the defected Goodsleep product with its original box and plastic packaging within the image frame.
Due to our large volume of inquiries, please do allow us 3-5 working days to process your refund / replacement. We will always strive to maintain our great service by doing our best to do so within the same day. However, we have to ensure that no customer is left out.

How long is the lifespan of a Good Sleep Mattress
Any good mattress should last at least 5-7 years. However, some mattress brands last longer, which is even better! Goodsleep offers one of the longest-lasting mattresses, with a lifespan of up to 10 years (depending on how you care for it) which makes it a great investment for perfect supportive sleep.
