Goodsleep Signature Mattress

Goodsleep pocketed spring mattress, boxspring and foundation box carry a 10 year limited warranty period.

For the first 2 years upon the date of delivery, Goodsleep will at its option, replace or repair a Goodsleep mattress, box spring or foundation box, due to manufacturing defects, at no charge (excluding transportation charge).

After the first 2 years upon the date of delivery, cost of any replacement or repair of Goodsleep mattress, boxspring or foundation box, will be calculated by the total number of years owned multiplied by 1/10th of the prevailing list price, plus transportation charge.

Please retain an electronic copy of your purchase invoice which will be sent via email, which will contain the information with regards to your purchase. Kindly quote the order number to our staff so that we may better assist with any issues with your purchase.

We will repair or replace the defective Product or the defective component(s) of the Product (if applicable). In the case of a manufacturing defect in a component of the Product, such as the mattress cover, we may elect to repair or replace the component if practicable rather than replace the entire mattress, and we reserve sole and complete discretion over that election. If we elect to replace the Product or component, we will replace it with the model, version, colour, or style available at the time of replacement, which may be different in certain respects than the original you purchased.

If identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement, Goodsleep reserves the right to substitute comparable materials or models and does not guarantee that the replacement will match the existing or original piece.

*Any repair or replacement will not extend the original Limited Warranty period, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.

Goodsleep Cloud Pillow

All Goodsleep Cloud pillows carry a 3-year limited warranty period.

For the first 1 year upon the date of delivery, Goodsleep will at its option, replace or repair a Goodsleep Pillow, due to manufacturing defects, at no charge (excluding transportation charge).

After the first 1 year upon the date of delivery, any replacement or repair of Goodsleep Pillows, will be calculated by the total number of years owned multiplied by 1/7th of the prevailing list price, plus transportation charge.

100 Day Sleep Trial

The 100-Night Sleep Trial applies only to mattresses purchased at regular retail price before 15 November 2024.

Mattresses purchased under any promotional pricing, sale events, bundle offers, group buy events, clearance campaigns, discount codes, or as part of PWP are not eligible for the 100-Night Sleep Trial.

For eligible purchases, refunds will be processed after the mattress has been returned and received at one of our designated warehouses or partner charitable organisations. A processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the online purchase, or via a mutually agreed bank transfer arrangement where necessary.

Please note that we have made changes to our "100 Day Sleep Trial" policy and this policy will not be applicable to purchases made on or after 15th November 2024.
